Please read the following.

-Cancellations less than 24 hours will result in a charge equal to no less than 50% of the cost of service.

- "No Shows" Will be charged 100% of the service amount.

-Appointments made within the 24 hour period will have 4 hours to cancel. Cancellation must occur within 4 hours or a charge of 50% of the service will occur.

-There are no refunds for cancellation or no call no show fees.

-Due to my transplant, I cannot service you if you are sick, and if you attempt to maintain your appointment if you are ill, service will be refused and cancelled.

-Showing up late 10 minutes or more will not be accepted and considered a late cancellation and charged accordingly. Please give yourself ample time to arrive.
